These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of revenuepilothq.com and related services ("Service") provided by IPAgentics LLC (dba RevenuePilot) ("we," "us," "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service or our SMS program. By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Program Description: RevenuePilot offers an SMS messaging program through which users who have opted in may receive text messages including appointment confirmations, demo follow-ups, scheduling coordination, service-related account updates, and promotional communications where separately consented.
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms, booking calendar, or AI chat widget, and checking the required consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from IPAgentics LLC (dba RevenuePilot).
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through our opt-in form.
Help Instructions: If you need help or have questions about our SMS program, reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (678) 780-4113.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier for pricing details.
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers.
Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase: Providing consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

All content on revenuepilothq.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by IPAgentics LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
If RevenuePilot does not capture at least fifteen (15) opportunities within a client's first ninety (90) days of active service, the client may request a full refund of monthly subscription fees paid for that period. A "captured opportunity" is a contact record created in the client's dashboard with name and phone number, originating from an after-hours call answered by the system, a missed-call text-back conversation, or a website chat conversation. Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days after the ninety-day period ends. Setup fees, where charged, are non-refundable.
Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPAgentics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPAgentics LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
